    After looking at reviews online and comparing quotes I decided to go with Blue Lagoon Pools. Initially, Zeb M***** came out and removed the cover, drained the pool, and removed the liner in 2022. He did not come back over until the spring of 2023. During the winter, the side wall collapsed. Next, I informed him that he needed to get the job done or I would hire a new company. We sat down and discussed it at length and an invoice for the total repairs including taxes, labor, and materials which came out to $7,137.00. The invoice indicated that a 50% deposit was due once I signed the contract. I signed the contract and sent $3,600 via ****** to Zeb on July 13th, 2023. He then began to repair the side wall that collapsed due to his negligence. Work was going very slow. In November he informed me that he needed the remaining $3,600 to be sent to purchase the remaining material. On November 28th, 2023 I sent the remaining amount to him via ******. During the winter the side wall collapsed again because he never came back to finish. During the spring of 2024 he came back and finally fixed the side wall. He then began to repair the bottom of the pool. He kept telling me that the liner was on order. I got upset and told him to bring me the saltwater system and I would install it myself. I installed the saltwater system, and the timer and fixed the plumbing. Finally, he came back and made some changes to the plumbing and finished fixing the bottom. He told me the liner would be in the following Tuesday. I messaged him on Wednesday and I informed him that the saltwater system turbo cell was for a 25,000-gallon pool and my pool is a 40,000-gallon pool. He said that he would replace the turbo cell to the correct one. I waited for a week and I messaged him that I was tired of all of this and needed to have the job completed and if he would not complete it I wanted a refund of my money. He then ghosted me and wont answer the phone. The job is still not complete.
