    We purchased 3 building kits from this company. Over $20K. All buildings have been erected & we are left with thousands of dollars worth of extra metal (corners, trim & rat guard) & screws. This company claims to have been in business for years but cant accurately put together supplies needed for a building. I contacted them prior to this rating to let them know about all of the thousands of extra materials I have left. They told me they do not issue refunds & told me I was trying to scam them out of money.. even tho this is their mistake! They also threaten me with a lawyer for letting them know I would make the public aware of their over estimating materials. It seems this is normal practice for them to over estimate materials needed to build their kits so they make more profit. It would be 100X easier for them to overcharge for materials on a building theyre hired to erect & customers never know. They hide their reviews on ******** because of so many unsatisfied customers. This company is shady! Do not do business with them!!

    This customer bought 3 kits from us in July of 2023. We do not give refunds especially after a customer having material for well over a year. I would like to attach emails between the customer and us and the receipts that the customer received when she purchased the kits from us. She actually got an itemized list of her materials and the price of everything.
    We have never overcharged any of our customers for any material on a kit or install. We actually give our customers kit prices and then install prices so they know. All of our customers receive an itemized receipt just like she did. She told us that she was going to slander our name over every social media site so yes, we did contact our lawyer to take care of this matter.
    There is not one company that would give a refund on material sold on a specific special ordered kit, and especially after the customer has had the material for over a year. Plus the material she said she had left over in emails, wasn't even purchased from us.

    ******* and myself struck a deal for them to build onto our church building and I tried to get them to give me a building date and the excuse was that the weather was bad etc. They were very good at telling me that ******* would call me to verify the start date, but no phone calls. After calling, speaking to the part time secretary, and politely telling her that I guess they just didn't need this particular job and that we would look elsewhere, she finally pinned someone down and gave me a date to begin the building and that date has come and gone, so, thanks for wasting our time. The owner's name is ******* but everyone in the community calls him by his nickname. His nickname is 'Bull'. Never really knew why they call him that. We were also going to schedule them to build us a 40' x 60' pole barn for a church pavilion but I suppose that is out of the question also.

    When he came into the office we could not give him a start date because we did not have a contract with him for an install on any building. Just because someone talks to Brandon about a building does not mean he is just going to build them a building. They have to go thru the office so we have all paperwork.
