    I booked my daughter a glow birthday party on 12/22/23 at this location and wasted lots of money and my balloons were took by my party host and never given back. When I first arrived I asked that the lighting be turned down so all of my daughters glow party favors could be put to use the party host told me that the manager was not in the building at the time and no one on staff knew how to dim the lights. I also was told that I could bring balloons and they would blow them up when I got there I asked the party host and she told me that there machine was broke and she didnt have the piece to blow the balloons up properly but she said she would check to see what she could do so she left with the balloons and never brought them back. After the party we basically was rushed out of the party room. When I went to pay I expressed my concerns that it wasnt a glow party because they lights were still on the the cashier she told me the week previous to my party someone complained and said it was to dark so they didnt turn the lights down and I complained and told her my host lied and thats not what I payed for. I asked to speak with the manager they again told me the manager was not in the building and they told me they would take off a adult jumping fee on my bill when their wasnt additional jumpers with my party. Ive called the location numerous about my balloons and to file a complaint no one answers Ive called the corporate number 4 times and they have told me that the location manager would respond within 72 hours and never has. It was a waste of 650 for the party and $60 worth of balloons. I would never recommend any have a party there, the staff is children.
