    ******* ********* (the owner) at Prestigious flooring and design refinished our laminate hardwood floors. At completion we discovered a spot on the floor that had been over sanded and the backing of the floor is showing through. *******, the owner realized the mistake and told us he would be back to rectify the bad spot. After months of trying to get him to resolve the problem and come back out, he never did after telling me he would. Now we are selling the house and this issue may complicate the selling process. We would like to get him to do what he said he would do. ***** *****

    Clients wish via email was for the small spot on the floor to be fixed by 1/1/2025.   Please note clients f**** was fixed today, 12/17/2024, which is only 3 business days after their move out date of 12/12/2024.  It is worth mentioning that the small spot on the clients floor was fixed 13 business days prior to their deadline of 1/1/2025.  We have been in business for over 23 years and always ensure our customers are satisfied.  Given our honest communication with you via the telephone in early December, and continued communication with you and your agent, we do not feel as if your negative reviews and comments are warranted.
