    Just finished dealing with this bunch! Everything ****** saying is true. Once they get that contract and first draw, they treat you like crap! Salesman will tell you one thing, then the owner tells you another. Communications is joke. They say you will have direct contact with owner/superintendent. He will ghost you for weeks. His up charges are 33% or more, when the standard is 15 to 20. Went up $9000 day before closing construction loan. Got cracks all in my mortar and he wont fix it or give me a credit so I can pay someone else. When brick guy trys to fix cracks, he smears mortar over cracks, instead of removing cracked mortar and replacing it. Took 9 months longer than stated in contract, costing us $16,000 in interest on a little **** sqf house. Carpenters and cabinet guys are his only subs worth a c*** The rest are bottom of the barrel. Told me they use ******************************* paint, but used some off brand pant. I realize this day and time that a lot of people complain and are hard to make happy. So if you dont believe me, contact me on FB. I would be more than happy to show you pictures and paperwork/ emails from this piece of work. Im just waiting to see right now if they will come fix all there s**** *** before we start litigation. We are not vindictive people and would have probably over looked a lot, but its the way they treated us and ignored us throughout the process. Try to turn things around and make you seem like your wrong for trying to hold them accountable for there delays and craftsmanship. Like ***** said, its like they are in there own lil world! Very delusional. Owner is either a narcissist or alcoholic. Another thing is, we were involved with my best friend building a house during the pandemic with another contractor. So we know how it should have went. It was stressful but company was professional and did right by them. When they messed up, they gave him a credit for there s**** up and didnt deny it or try to make it there fault.

    The worst home building company known to man.. The owner ***** and his posies are the most delusional set of folks I have ever came In contact with IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW ARE CONSIDERING BUILDING PLEASE LOOK TO OTHER COMPANIES TO SERVICE YOU AS OF FEBRUARY 1 2023 THEY OWE ** THOUSANDS OF $$$$$ AND I DONT SAY THIS LIGHTLY RUN RUN RUN!!!! BEEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR OVER A YEAR..This company does not answer phones nor do they return messages they are out robbing ***** to pay **** and its sad but dont let them sucker you they dont have any intentions on building you anything no matter what they tell you they only want your money!!! DUKES HOMES SUCK!!!!!!!!!
