    Beware. They will 100% scam you. We received service from them last season and prepaid for the full year. We also requested that they call prior to service so that we could put the dogs up and make sure our kids were inside. They did this all season last year. This year, with no prior notice, they came and serviced our yard. We did not renew this service because quite frankly it was a waste of money and did not work. We received an invoice for this service that we didn't ask for and we were told that the service auto renews annually and that it is on all invoices. 1) We didn't receive invoices last year because we prepaid. 2) If the service auto renews why did it not renew at the annual rate which has savings attached to it for prepaying since that is what we did last season 3) Why did they not call prior to service as they always have. Had they called we would have told them not to come. Essentially, we asked them not to come to our house without prior warning so essentially they were trespassing on our property and now want us to pay for it. We are still receiving bills from them for a service we cancelled and now they are threatening to turn her over to collections. Again, had they called before they came like requested and as they always did before, we would have told them to not enter our property and we wouldn't be dealing with this now. The lady we spoke to even said that it is their fault that they didn't call because it is in our file.
