      I called Covenant Wildlife to have an animal removed from the crawlspace of a rental building. They came out and stated that it was likely a possum and that it would be no problem to solve this for me. They charged me $625 on August 9th. They informed me on August 26th or 27th that it is actually feral cats in the crawl space and that they will not remove them. I requested that they pick up their trap and refund me as they did not complete the job that they were hired to do. **** then informed me that he would not be refunding me. When I brought up the fact that they have a guarantee on their website, he told me that is for completed services and does not apply here because the service was not completed. I have now had to hire another wildlife company to remove the cats. If they discover that they are not able to complete a job they should refund the person that hired them. They refused to remove the cats stating that it is outside of what they do, however their employee is the one that said it was a possum and that they could do the job... He was wrong. I understand that they took time to set up the trap and check it 2-3 times. I believe they should be compensated for that. I want at least a 50% adjustment/refund.

      We were hired by complainant to trap opossums from a crawl space of a home she rents out. The agreement was for 2 weeks of trapping. We trapped for 2 weeks and installed cameras to monitor the job after almost 2 weeks of trapping. We found that it was neighborhood cats with collars living under the home. We informed her that we do not trap cats or dogs(which is listed on our website) and she wanted a refund. Again, our paperwork states that there are no refunds. I informed her that once she had the cats removed, we would be happy to come back and set traps for up to *************************************************** any other wildlife on the property. I dont get what she does not understand about that. I have invested 2 weeks into this job with fuel, bait, employee wages, insurance etc. She has left me one star reviews on 4 different platforms stating she wants full refund and then comes here and wants 50%. There will be no refunds given.
