    The tree service and clean up were excellent, BUT... My iron fence and gate were removed for access. When placed back, it was not put back in place and my gate was broken. Now I have a ************* with a broken gate that won't close at all. Both my husband and myself immediately reached out to ****** who said he would take care of it. He never showed up on either of the times he assured us he would. Now he totally avoids all phones, texts and voicemails. This happened 09/09/2022. He wasted no time at all cashing my check, but now does me this way. I really hate it because I had more work that I was going to hire them to do. All I want is for my fence and gate to be fixed. VERY POOR CUSTOMER ********************** for a company that is supposed to be licensed and insured!!!

    Hales was doing work at my neighbors house, cutting down trees, they decided to pull their truck are equipment, on my lawn & tore it up.. I contacted them, and was told that they we’re going to fix it & had already ordered the grass to fix it with.. I’ve tried contacted them, they refuse to answer my calls & never came out to fix the problem .. very unprofessional young men! It’s just not right to cause damage on my property, when you were servicing the neighbor.. they should have never came up on my lawn, with their equipment any way, but to acknowledge it & not return to fix it ,are answer my calls is unexceptable!
