YOUR HORRIFIC PEST SPRAY EMPLOYEE REFUSED TO NOT START SPRAYING UNTIL MY DOGS WERE IN. He flat out told me no. He just went along his way starting in the backyard of our next door neighbor instead of the front which he could have done had he been caring enough to do so.

    Business Response

    Date: 11/19/2024

First of all, I would like to start by saying that the person who lodged this complaint about our company is not a customer of ours.  We have no affiliation with them whatsoever.  One of our pest control technicians was at the home of one of our customers providing a service to them that we are contractually obligated to provide and paid for our services by the homeowner.  The person who filed this complaint lives next door to our customer.  While our technician was at our customers home doing his job, the person who lives next door opened their door and yelled out for our technician to stop what he was doing and wait until her dogs had gone to the bathroom and come back in her home before he continued doing his job.  He told her that he couldn't do that as we are on a schedule of having to do our work, again, he wasn't even providing service to this person, he was on the neighbor's property that belongs to our customer.  He was not doing any type of treatment that would have effected her property or her dogs as he was servicing the exterior perimeter of our customer's home.  Furthermore, all materials that we use are regulated by the department of agriculture and are safe for our customers, their children, homes and pets.  After she continued to yell at him because he wouldn't agree to stop performing his job, she walked onto the neighbors(our customer's) property, in their driveway, and took a picture of our company truck which she attached to this complaint.  Our technician notified us of this situation and not long after, the person who filed this complaint called in to our office line and complained about our company and our technician.  She requested for the owner of the company to call her.  This all occurred on Friday November 15th.  I made this call to her as she requested the same day at 12:17 pm CST of which I received no answer.  I left a voicemail letting her know that I was returning her call and provided her with my direct company cell phone number and asked her to return my call.  She called me back on Sunday November 17th at 12:07 pm CST, however, since our company is closed on Sunday, she left me a voicemail which included the use of profanity regarding our company and our products and informed me in the voicemail that when I return her call, she will be recording the conversation.  Therefore, I returned her call on Monday November 18th at 2:02 pm CST again with no answer and I left another voicemail for her to please return my call.  As of today, Tuesday November 19th, I have still not heard back from her.  So at 12:16 pm CST, I called her for a third time, the third business day in a row with no answer and left her a third voicemail.  I have recorded phone logs to prove all of my actions that I have included in this response.
