Service tech that came to my house was very nice and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and everything I needed to know once he left. He answered all questions I had and he was very efficient. There was a 3 hour service window that he had to arrive and he came early in the window where I wouldnt have to sit at home and wait all day. When making the appointment for service, the rep on the phone was also very nice and answered any questions I had before starting service. I am very pleased so far.Scout Pest Control, Inc.

These guys are always on time, and are professional. They are very knowledgeable, and explained how they were going to treat my home and yard in terms I could understand,And not seeing spiders after they come is amazing, because that hasnt always been the case with past experiences.Scout Pest Control, Inc.

We had a terrible experience. They didn't explain the contract obligations effectively. They didn't explain that they would only come out every 3 months to help us with our mice problem even though I had the opportunity to pay them each month. They did an incomplete job the first time they came by not going in the backyard because of the dogs after 1st saying it was fine. An old and docile American bulldog, and two lap dog yappers had the tech uncomfortable, but not enough to ask my wife to bring them in the house. Instead, it was call us and we can come back if you really want us too. I'm not sure 3 bait traps were going to do much to begin with. And they didn't do anything. Maybe this was an outlier experience but I would NOT recommend them for help with mice. Based on that I would tell you to steer clear of them completely.Scout Pest Control, Inc.

I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience. We do take pet safety seriously and we try and avoid placing rodent bait stations in areas where pets would be near them. With many homes placing rodent bait stations around the house is the fastest most effective way to eliminate a rodent problem. We can also set traps inside in areas where they are active. We did try to come back out for extra services once you let us know that you were still having problems, but you declined those requests and opted to cancel service instead. Unfortunately rodent problems can sometimes take some time to get rid of. We do take all feedback seriously to make sure we are taking care of our customers needs in the best and safest way possible.Review fromTerry C
