    I rented a Storage unit from IStorage for 4 years, always paid in time, returned it in perfect condition on April 26, 2024 IStorage refuses to return my security deposit of $25.00 or even tell me why not.

    No **** I did receive a check from IStorage but not back in August but just a few days ago on December 28, 2024.  8 (eight) months after I moved out from their location on April 26, 2024.
    And, yes **** it took 240 days, many e-mails, phone calls, certified mail, a Judgment against them from the Limestone County Small Claims Court on October 29, 2024, a complaint to the BBB and 2 federal agencies for IStorage to return my deposit.
    I believe that IStorage had ample and sufficient time to do what was right.
    I appreciate what the BBB does, and I believe that the BBB is a great tool for consumers as well as businesses alike. and I would like for my complaint as well as IStorage answers to be posted and available so I can share my experience with IStorage and maybe it can be helpful to someone.
