      Ordered 6 windows and French doors with encased blinds April 1, 2022 and paid half of total as required. Was told by sales rep **** it would take 3-4 months. In late September after repeated calls it was decided that theyd install the windows and wed just pay for the windows and pay for the door when it came in. Instead we were charged the full amount, closing the account without our door. In late December after MORE calls and contacting the home office, a door was delivered to my house and I was told oops, they measured wrong. **** came back to my house and remeasured then told us the door would be rush delivered to them February 9, 2023. I called today, February 10, 2023 (almost a full year after ordering and 6 months past when they said everything should arrive) and was informed oops theres truck issues and our door hasnt been delivered, call back next week fingers crossed. This is ridiculous. We have had to call almost weekly to get any kind of information about whats going on. They only contacted us one time to let us know the delivery date of Feb 9. Were tired of being ignored and used. I feel our account was closed when they charged us the full amount without receiving our door. I want my door INSTALLED promptly by the end of next week or my money back in full (minus the cost of the windows) or there will be ligation for breach of contract.
