      I've used this company in the past several times and never had an issue. Unfortunately, yesterday was a different story. On 8/31/22, they repaired my outdoor AC unit, which cost: $****.00. I received a call from them today asking for the payment. I explained that I was at work and would need to go to my credit union to retrieve the money to place it on my debit card, as I do not have a card with my credit union. The "bookkeeper") got on the phone and threatened to file a lawsuit in court if it wasn't paid by EOD today (9/1/22). She added that I should have had the money ready before the scheduled repair date. I explained that I would pay tomorrow. She stated that they are not a financing company. I told her that I knew that and reiterated that I only needed until tomorrow to pay since I was at work.
      I plan to find another company with an understanding of constumer service. This has nothing to do with the techs, they do a great job, but the bookkeeper in the office needs training.
