    To make a long story short, I'll give a brief summary of my encounter with this company. So, due to some issues beyond our control, we had some issues with a vehicle that caused a dispute between us and the finance company. So, the vehicle was repossessed by this company, Professional Locate and Recovery. The day after the repossession, my wife and I made an appointment to collect our personal property from the vehicle at the lot. While retrieving our items, we discovered that my wife's handgun was missing from the glove box. I immediately asked for the manager and we called the police to file a report. The manager never came out to speak with us, so we filed the report with the police when they arrived and we left. So, the next day, I called and asked for the manager since she refused to speak to us at the lot. The manager was very defensive and claimed that her driver would never take something that didn't belong to him. She acted very sarcastic and immature and at one point even asked "do you want me to go buy you a $100 gun?". The interaction was not professionally handled but was instead turned into a big joke by this company. Of course, it appears that the driver has lied and made claims to his boss in order to slander my name and excuse his company's lack of ethics. Unless the firearm eventually is sold to a **** shop or used in a crime, we might never find it, but the public should be aware of this problem. This company has terrible reviews online about employees stealing personal property from the vehicles they repossessed, so this unethical practice is not a surprise but the managers lack of respect for the public is disturbing.

    This guy attempted to beat my agent up, filed false police reports and lied with video evidence showing he was lying.
