      Trussville utility company is in my opinion is racist to the black peoples of centerpoint low income. Im seeking a lawyer because I was lied to about a bill I had with them 19 years ago. I was told they wont write it off in the amount of $683.00 plus a deposit will have to be paid. But when a church notified them trying to help get my gas on they told them that the bill was Written off but I will still have to pay $683,00 for a deposit. It is terrible to do this to a 61 year old person that lives on SSI, I live in the cold house with no hot water, the same thing with the neighbors 19 years ago, we all had to use electric heaters and boil hot water. Im filing a lawsuit against Trussville utility and Ms. **** They make it hard for the low income blacks that they cover in center point. We live in ********** and pay taxes in ********** but we cant have spire for our utility company a company that works with you and dont turn your bill over to collections if turned off making it hard for you to get back on.

It is also our policy to require a deposit to cover future missed payments for customers who have missed past payments.
