    The leasing manager/Agent has extremely failed by providing very unprofessional service regarding assisting an elderly tenant whom mailed there rent payment on time through federal express delivery service. Federal Express made seven unsuccessful attempts to deliver tenants rent payment to the leasing office address that the leasing agent provided to the tenant. Federal Express says each time they made a delivery attempt the leasing agent wasnt available and the leasing agent refuse to accept payment or contact Federal Express to schedule an appointment to receive the elderly tenants payment successfully. The elderly tenant had to eventually take drastic measures to avoid the rent payment being late by contacting federal express themselves to plead and beg with them to help them deliver the rent payment to the leasing office. This is awful this is sad that this leasing agent/manager refuse to assist an elderly tenant to help them successfully make their rent payment on time.
