Absolutely horrible service and follow-up. I purchased a Sportsman 850 from them a purchased *** and 5-year extended warranty from them. I sold the *** 20 months later and contacted them to cancel the *** and extended warranty on 8/24. 2 months later I still haven't received my proration refund, and they won't return my calls. I live 3 hours away, so I can't drive to the location. I reached out to ******* Corporate, and they informed me that I should be receiving $1,300.00. But it must come from the dealer I purchased it from. I called them again and ***** the ** never called me back. Big #1 in ********** told me that it shouldn't have taken more than 3 weeks to receive my refund. It is now 4 months and still nothing. I have since purchased 2 Can Ams from Big #1 and will never purchase with ANY Polaris product because of their lack of customer service at the dealer or corporate level. Being a business owner myself I say, stay away from companies that give **** poor, or no customer service.

they sold me a lemon that lasted 7 days and was extremely rude about it. $4200 plus $800 in diagnostic, 2 towings, and minor repairs to try to fix it when the transmission was shot when they sold it to me. Do not go here! Im a single mom out of nearly $5000 in one month and no vehicle

Ms. ***** purchased an 18-year-old 2006 **** Explorer. She was informed prior to her purchasing said vehicle, that it was purchased "AS IS" and there was no warranty implied or given on the vehicle.

Absolutely horrible experience. If possible - go anywhere else to have your equipment repaired and/or serviced. We dropped our Polaris Ranger off the week after 4th of July. It took 2 weeks to hear back to know what exactly was wrong with it and what needed to be fixed. Once we gave the green light for the repairs, we were never given any updates. If my husband called, no answer or return call. If he showed up in person, someone may or may not be there. We were extremely understanding during this time. Once our Ranger was (finally) ready to pickup, my husband promptly got it and within one ride of it being home noticed an oil leak in the front and back. A quart of oil was left inside the front seat and leaked all over our Ranger, trailer, and drive way. They had our Ranger over a month - while we understand they had to order parts, there was zero communication. For the back leak, we called and after dropping it off AGAIN to be looked at, we were informed we would have to pay to fix their error and oversight - after already spending $4,000 in repair. While they did offer a discount of the service, the correct way to handle this would have been at no charge considering their mechanics were not thorough the first time. After promising to fix it in a timely manner and wanting us to have it back quickly it again took 2 weeks to fix something that they said would be 2 hours of labor. Again, with zero communication or updates. It is now September and we have just up our Ranger. We will never return and I suggest anyone to stay clear of this place.

***************, I am so sorry you left with such a bad impression after we saved your family hundreds on you service bill. We always go out of our way to help customers get the most for their money here at Bama Buggies! We understand that not everyone can afford general maintenance on their machines and this creates even bigger service issues. While sometimes purchasing an older unit might seem appealing and less expensive, unless there are service records and they have been well maintained, the cost of bringing them up to good running condition usually overcomes the savings! Once again I am disappointed you were not pleased with the deep discounts you were given! Please, keep your machine serviced on a routine maintenance schedule to prevent such large service bills in the future. We generally have coupons readily available for discounts on routine parts and service.Sincerely,*************************** General Manager

So, my husband decided that he would get me a slingshot because I kept asking for one. I wish someone would have told me to STAY AWAY from this place. I was in contact with the salesman ****** the entire time from start to finish. He was awesome until the day I picked this thing up and he and JE lied to us. So here goes. The day we picked this thing up I asked JE about an extended warranty. This was the Friday before Memorial Day. He told me that mostly the extended warranty was POS, but for me to call him that Tuesday and he would have a good warranty for me. I've called and called and every time he has a different story for me. Oh, I have to find your paperwork its somewhere on my desk. So needless to say, I never got the warranty to this day. He even went as far as taking my CC number over the phone and telling me that he did the warranty, and I should get a hard copy in the mail. It never happened. All I was trying to do was purchase a warranty I didn't want anything for free my goodness. The salesman ******, I called him as well the day after just to ask him where I can get it serviced but he swore he was never in the office. One day he said he was with his uncle at the hospital and that he would call me back. Never happened. So, I finally texted and said you never called me back, but this is what I needed, and he texted me back but NEVER called me. We will be purchasing a side by side for our grandchildren, but it will not come from there. STAY AWAY. I wouldn't buy a dog or a doghouse from them. ****** learned. I'm only giving a star rating of 1 because I can't give ZERO!

*********************, I am so sorry that you feel this way. Your husband was offered a warranty at the time of purchase. We cannot sell a warranty on a used Slingshot after the sale. They are point of sale only. We ALWAYS encourage people to purchase warranties for their protection. We have not charged your credit card for a warranty. ******, your salesman, did have a family emergency the day of your husband took delivery. He was at the hospital with a close family member that had suffered a heart attack! I am always available for our customers. The only call I received from you was about a title issue, in which case I could only speak to you with Mr. ********* permission due to Privacy Laws. Please, give me a call anytime to discuss any issue! We always want our customers to have a 5 Star experience here at Bama Buggies!Sincerely,*************************** General Manager

They lied to me and told me they were a week behind but in reality they were a month behind. They wont return phone calls or text messages. They never fixed my problem so I picked up my machine and am bringing it somewhere else. It was with them for a total of 6 weeks.

We had spoke several times to both *********************** and her husband ***** by phone, text and in person. When the Osborns came in and explained to us the issue they were having with their 2014/2015 Polaris Ranger we explained to them we were a week or two behind in our shop but we would try to get them in as soon as possible. When we were able to get the unit in, our technician diagnosed it as needing a throttle pedal assembly/switch as diagnosed by the Polaris diagnostic system, Digital Wrench. This system works very well on most all models of Polaris but after further diagnostics, the tech found several wires in the wiring harness that needed attention and further diagnosed the unit to need a crankshaft sensor. We did our best to explain this to *************** and proceeded to order the part. The part was on back order from Polaris and was scheduled for arrival the day after they came in to pick up the unit. While we strive to satisfy every customer, there are occasional circumstances above our control. Since Covid, not only is there a supply chain issue that exists, but also there seems to be less and less people in the workforce. We truly regret not having been able to satisfy this family. Note, we did not charge the ******* a diagnostic fee nor were they asked to pay for charges of any kind. They were insistent on taking their unit elsewhere, we understand and apologized for not being able to serve them better. Bama Buggies is a local family owned business who strives to do our very best for each and every customer and will always do so. We have been in business for almost 20 years and have sold and serviced units from Tuscaoosa to *****. We are very proud of the thousands upon thousands of satisfied customers we have served over this time. Again we are very regretful we were not able to satisfy **************** family.
