    The manager ****** makes up stories as she goes along to suit her. My husband placed an order for a suit and if we didnt stop by we wouldnt have known that the suit was ready and it was the day before our wedding. The side of the store where the suit was purchased was closed and she was sitting on the bridal side on the phone talking about a car until she decided she was ready to wait on us. We went over to the other side where she had to lift the gate to accommodate us. The suit was in the store but it was not ready for pickup. Alterations still needed to be done. We left at this point because the wedding was the next day and we needed to make alternate arrangements. When we returned from our honeymoon my husband went in to pick up the suit and found that the sleeves were too short, the pants needed to be hemmed and the waist taken in. When he came home he was highly disappointed. Upon calling ****** and requesting a refund she said they werent set up to do refunds and offered a store credit. Today when I had to call her back because she didnt follow through with a return call to me she said she never said that. I hung up. I dont have time for this and this is why I dont support small black businesses when it comes to certain services because they have rules that benefit them and not the paying customer. I told her Ill see her in small claims court and it would be cheaper if she were honest.
