    **************** had been sending invitations to seminars about their services to my mother. I has called them to let them know we are No longer interested in their services or attending their seminars. They continue to call my mother harassing her. I had told them serveral times to stop calling. Then they directed their services to me. **************** had different ones calling for me, when I had already told them we are not interested in their services. They called me, harassing me again today. **************** continues to harassing me and my mother about their services. We have their number on the caller I D. No Means No. We just want to be left alone.

    Hello, concerning complaint # ********
    Memory Chapel Funeral home. My mom and I still received calls and letters this week. I am not
    Satisfied with their reply.

    I believe the harassment will continue. If my mother and I have not received a letter or calls from Memory Chapel Funeral Home one year from now, then this complaint may be closed. Otherwise, I will file another complaint with BBB starting in 2025.
