    July 22, 2023 i was involved in a car accident. I went to *********************************************** law firm to represent me. This law firm was unprofessional in their law practices concerning me as one of their clients. I went through the process of physical therapy for my injury. When my physical therapy ended, that's when I had to go work on my on claim with the insurance and trying to get a settlement offer.I had to keep calling *********************************************** in order to make sure they were doing their job as my attorney's. In November 2023 I had called their office to see if they received paper work needed from my physical therapy. Encore physical therapy that handles billing and release papers was located out of town. The staff at ************************************************ told me they have not received those papers yet. I called encore business offices and got intouch with the right person and they told me they been sent that paper work to them and that they would call Cartee &Lloyd to assure them this paperwork was sent. Weeks later trying to wrap this claim up, Cartee and Lloyd was now waiting on paperwork from my ******** on how much is owed to them. ***** with Cartee and Lloyd had access to my ******** information and was able to go online and get anything they needed.***** with *********************************************** keep procrastinating. They wouldn't go online and get the needed information. They was willing to wait for ******** to mail them the information. I had to log into my ******** account and print out the necessary paperwork to finish my claim and receive my settlement offer. My settlement offer was not much it was very low. *********************************************** still got a huge chunk of my settlement money, they received just as much as I did, but didn't do the real work. I told ************************************************ they were wrong in the way they treated me and how they represented me and that should give $2000 of my money back to me. I Never heard back from them. There was also a possibility that my personal information given to ************************************************ may have compromised.

    The complaint submitted to the BBB is factually inaccurate.  However, we have a professional obligation to any client to protect attorney client confidentiality and we cannot disclose facts or information about a client's case unless we have received a written waiver from the client authorizing us to disclose facts about their case.  We will be happy to respond to the complaint with factual information once we have received a written waiver of confidentiality from client.
