    They dont want to send my withdraw they find any excuse to not give you the money they have asked for so may documents and I send them and then they bring another excuse it never ends

    STAY AWAY FROM RUBY SLOTS!! This online casino will lure you in with "No Playthrough" promos but won't pay out when you're ready to Withdrawl. I've been trying to Withdraw my $2500 jackpot win since November 7, 2024 but get nothing but excuses as to why they won't pay out the winning funds. Here's what they say:1. "You're ******* account won't accept foreign wire transfers" --> Not true my account has accepted foreign wire transfers in the past.2. "You're not entitled to withdraw using Bitcoin" --> They don't tell you that you have to deposit using Bitcoin to be able to use it as a withdraw method.3. "Paper checks are not available at the moment" --> After I my other withdraw attempts were denied I asked for a paper check.4. "We don't deal with your banking institution" --> After denying my ******* wire transfer I sent them my **************************************** wire transfer information. 5. "We need a copy of your most recent bank statement in .pdf format" --> What? Do you really think I'm going to send you a copy of my bank statement!?!? That's the most ridiculous request I've ever heard of from an online casino.This casino will have you jumping through hoops trying to withdraw your money. They will make up any excuse as to why they won't or can't pay you. I've contacted player support via email at least six times and never received a response. I contacted my VIP host and he never responded. The only way to get someone to respond is to use the 24/7 Chat Support. Albeit, not helpful whatsoever. When I finally threatened contacting IC3 via chat support I received a phone call less than a minute later. A man, "*****", apologized for not introducing himself earlier but explained that they have to be very careful and that I had to have more patience with the withdrawal process. The conversation ended with "*****" telling me he would call me the next day with options to get my money. Never called back...shocker!

    Been 4 days and no pay out I even did it in bitcoin and still taking this long. Also blocked from the online chat because I would ask questions and back them into a corner because there is no reason to hold my money as long as they are unless they are up to no good.its but coin it's known for fast peer to peer transfers and these guys are moving backwards lol.
