    Alabama neurology and sleep. This is a very unprofessional company. I called for an appointment in February and was told that they would call me back.. I did not hear from them till March. They lost my appointment. Then told me if I didnt call at a specific time the would charge me a fee of 100 dollars.. I will be finding a new doctor.

    Our office policy is if a patient no shows or cancels an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice that there is a fee of up to $100 that will apply. Fees were never assessed as there were not late cancellation or no showed appointments, just refused to accept office policy and chose to find another health care provider.
