August 9th, 2024 I paid ******* ***** (the owner) in person at Wrenchworks* 213 Highway 20 $********. This amount to take care of the total labor and materials of the installation of a rebuilt engine for my 1992 ****** Truck (pickup) Deluxe. The ******** was additional to two incremental payments of $300.00 each earlier to "*****" while I waited for "*****" one of his mechanics to have the time to install the rebuilt 22RE engine from Gearhead Rebuilt Engines (TX) AKA LKQ Parts. The installation was botched so that I had to have Meineke buy and install a new exhaust manifold. The damage done was by ***** who now is no longer with Wrench Works. Cause unknown.I have informed ******* ***** by text message and voice message that I want to meet with him to show him some (evidence) things. A video clip from the mechanic at Meineke who discovered and videographed for me the damage done when tightening the bolts incorrectly with 'double' gaskets (not needed) and the resulting mashing or stripping of the threads. This is why the manifold had to get replaced with a new one. Cost $685.00.I am in possession of this evidence and written evidence as well from the manager corroborating what "TJ" the Meineke mechanic showed me in person at their shop. The above is true,*AKA "Clean Runnings"P.S. For your info, *************** is no longer a valid address for Mr. ***** or Clean Runnings/aka Wrench Works. I stopped by a few days ago and was told by one of the salesmen at *************** that Mr. ***** was at this address (2806) but left one year ago. ***. The video evidence I have is more than 5 Mb. ******* ******* mobile # ************ Wrench Works # ************

Regarding the first sentence above: "After re-reading your complaint this should have gone to Wrench Masters in the first place,"  to be sure it did and ******* ***** has a copy of the 46 video by Meineke technician demonstrating the irreparable damage done to the exhaust manifold necessitating the replacement in full with a new manifold. $685.00

I have not heard from ******* ***** owner of Wrenchworks aka Clean Runnings at **********************************************************  Additionally, my ****** pickup is disabled.  Why?  Because upon inspection by a qualified mechanic the flywheel was not fully bolted down or the bolts were sheared off in tightening. This I discovered today from ***** owner of R & J Auto Repair at ************************************
This now requires pulling the engine out of the pickup to get to the flywheel.  Another goof on his mechanic's part, ***** **** (?) who is either let go or fired.
