  My experience was the same as many reviewers here. STAY AWAY from this guy. He has an M.O. and it is to try not to tell you what is wrong and how much it is going to cost. He dug a hole in our yard even as I asked how much it was going to cost and he provided no response. He left then came back the same day and tried to start working again without saying anything. We stopped him and asked for a quote. He said it would take $2600 to repair. the problem. We said no thank you and that we would pay him for the hole he dug. For the hole, he wanted $350. Ridiculous! We got hostile and started arguing and not even listening to anything we tried to say. I finally said "I'm going inside when you come up with a fair price for something we didn't ask you to do, let me know." He lowered the price for digging the hole and then said he could do the job for $600. Not $2600 mind you. We sent him packing. The new person we called says there is no leak and the real issue is the controller which they will fix for $550. He said they've heard similar stories from other clients about ********************* (AKA. Mr ************************ and they've come behind him to correct the real issues more than once. STAY AWAY!

  I recently had a fantastic experience with Mr. Sprinkles's sprinkler repair in **********, **. From start to finish, their service was outstanding. The team was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my sprinkler system. Not only did they do a great job repairing my sprinkler system, but they also took the time to educate me on proper maintenance techniques to ensure the longevity of my system. Their customer service was top-notch, and I felt they truly cared about my satisfaction with their work.I also appreciated their fair pricing and transparency throughout the process. They provided a detailed breakdown of the work that needed to be done and the associated costs, so there were no surprises or hidden fees.Overall, I would highly recommend Mr. Sprinkles's sprinkler repair to anyone in the **********, ** area needing sprinkler system repairs or maintenance. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will use their services again.

  ***** came to check out an issue and supposedly replaced a regulator and a few other parts in my sprinkler system. He did this without discussing the repair and the cost with me first, and then left me a ridiculous bill of $2400. When I asked him to educate me on why the repair costs what it did, he got hostle, ignored my messages and then removed his "regulator." Thankfully, I had security cameras in place to capture it all, which will remain in place. After speaking with individuals in my neighborhood, he has done the exact type of thing to them as well. I had another company come fix my issue for $450.

  Quality, prompt and honest First off, the gentleman is on time. He showed up early and had already done his estimate before I could get home. He showed me the location of the leak, his recommended repair, cost of the repair and the timeframe in which he could have the repairs completed. Did I mention this was on a SaturdayI also had him give me an estimate on two other repairs that were botched by my previous contractor we had not discussed on the phone and had him include these in the total. The price was more than fair and he completed the job the next day, which was Sunday!!!

  Mr. Sprinkles has done a great job I really appreciate him for doing what it takes to get my system working! I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a repair or install done to call him first.

  very smart , sharp and professional. He is definitely not into the money as much as doing a good job. He fixed my sprinkler system and showed me problems in it that i did not even know. I highly recommend him for the job.

  Absolutely horrible. Rude and a c***k. He was called for a simple repair and before even repairing what he was called to do had changed out a regulator, several valves, and claims to have wired a junction box that all worked prior to his arrival. He attempted to charge thousands of dollars and didn’t get permission to do any of these extra services. He clearly has a M.O. of doing more work than requested without providing estimates or seeking permission, he over charges for said work, and doesn’t do quality work at that. Takes advantage of women home alone to just do work they may not understand and demands on the spot payment via check. Who has thousands in their checking account for unnecessary work? Avoid him at all cost.
