    Zero Stars all around!Dont bother with the financial or sales department of this dealership.Time is money, so save BOTH and go somewhere else to get better treatment.I was in the market for a new SUV because my current model had a safety recall with the airbag sensor. VW had issued this recall back in March 2023 and still had not fixed the safety hazard nationally.I wanted to trade in my vehicle and finance the rest. The financial manager told me, by law, they cannot sell my vehicle because of the safety recall. ***(Federal law only prohibits NEW car sales with recalls, not used)***.Their trade-in offer was $13k while others offered $17-$18k. After looking around the used market for research, I found that Royal VW was selling the same SUV as mine with similar mileage and less features for $25k. This vehicle for sale WAS ALSO Certified and had the same safety recall of the airbag sensor. WTF??The dealership straight lied to my face about not being able to sell my vehicle because of the safety hazard issued by VW, but they were doing it with a different car almost identical as mine.As a loyal customer for purchasing and services, this is a slap in the face!This is a lowlife way to make a profit, retain customers, and provide service to anyone.
