      My grandmother *********** has been going to this practice since September of 2023. She first started out seeing *********************** who has countless times ignored her concerns with pain. They know that she has chronic pain and so much more. She gave my grandmother patches that broke her out on her skin and when my grandmother told her about the issue she rudely ignored her and sent in more patches that were stronger. My grandmother ************ has beautiful skin which has never had any scarring so when we see something is wrong we take concern. Next she gave my grandmother a brace that was over $1,000 which almost cost her her insurance. As a senior citizen who receives assistance every month for medical supplies, the insurance company was very concerned themselves. So they wrote my grandmother and also wrote ******************. The brace did more harm than to my grandmothers knee. As I recall an oath was taken to do no harm to patients etc. and all this practices employees are doing is harm. I am not the first one to complain. Now after months of her getting this obscene treatment she finally received a different doctor. Who is no better because she went up on medication that has made her sick, sleepy and she cant even drive or engage in activities as it is. She also sent in the same patches. I have called and complained to the office and also told them about the concerns that I have but I to am being ignored.
