      ***** C Having been in multiple auto accidents and sports injuries, I have been to other chiropractors in the past but the visit to Pillar Chiropractic and seeing Dr. ******* I have to compliment him and his wonderful staff because this is the best treatment I have received. The attention to detail was extraordinarily great. I have learned so much on how to maintain and take care of my body. I am 80 years old and function much better after visiting Pillar Chiropractic. Dr. ******* is a healer and an educator and I have learned so much from him. Walking into ********************* I felt comfortable from the beginning.

      No up front costs are explained, I asked what the charges were going to be and was never given an explanation. It is one cost one day another cost on another day. Not fair to go in you dont what expect.Office staff has no clue what to do or say about the charges. Will not be returning, very disappointed

      As one of the principals and clinic director of Pillar Chiropractic and Rehab I am so disappointed to hear that you are unsatisfied. In fact, so dissatisfied that you would feel compelled to write a negative review. I want you to know that we work tirelessly to provide the highest standard of quality care and customer service to our patients. To better understand the situation, I am planning on contacting you to see how we can improve. I do want to respond to the two details of your review. You said that "no up front costs are explained" however for every patient we give a detailed and printed report of your insurance benefits and expected out of pocket costs. We do this in advance and as a courtesy to you. I am holding a copy of this insurance benefits page that you signed. So I am confused as to why you say we did not provide this for you. You also said that "it is one cost one day another cost on another day". This is absolutely true and it is appropriate; it actually demonstrates that our Pillar doctors are providing patient centered and quality care. It would be very odd if a provider provided the exact same services every visit.       Dr. Russell and his staff are highly skilled and have saved me from permanent ***** ****** in my neck. He helped to manage my pain and orchestrated my care with other physicians and worked together to get me on the fast track to healing. I am so thankful for his expertise and ultimately saving me from a lifetime of pain. His support staff, receptionist and billing department are all phenomenal. He has my business for life!
