    We have been having water issues in our crawl space for some time. A general contractor finally found the problem a week ago which was a leaking HVAC condensation line in our chimney. We have had a yearly maintenance contract with Sentry since 2014 and part of that agreement is that they are to flush the drain line each visit. They have clearly not done that or they would have seen the water was not exiting the drain line as it is supposed to do. This leak has been going on for so long it has caused rot on my floor joist. Sentry is refusing to acknowledge their neglience. I have tried to come to a resolution with the service manager but he has refused. They should have been flushing the line and then checking the line to ensure the water was exiting properly but again they have not done so. All I am asking is for Sentry to acknowledge their negligence and to cover the cost of the line repair only not the damage caused by them.
