    We purchase a shipping label on **** for an item we sold. The store associate refused the label and had us pay for another label with identical service. We showed the associate the original label and the extra service (signature required) that was clearly marked on the original label. The store managed or owner got involved and insisted no wrong doing and took no responsibility or ownership for their actions. This is a new and untrained associate that, we have discovered, made quite a few mistakes in his very short time at the store. Yet, the store will not care. This event took place on a Saturday and I tried to correct it on Sunday. The store hours, both online and at the store front sign, indicate store open at 10am on Sunday, it was not opened but only alter 1pm that day.

    this *** location is terrible. they should just close down or sell. they never answer the phone and when you drive 20 mins over there, they just say: oh we were busy, but theres no one in the store. PLUS: their notary is NEVER there...
