They have a sign taped to their menu board that says "Cash Prices." What is doesn't say and what you won't be told when you present your credit card is that there is a 3.9% credit card fee AND a 10% non-cash upcharge for a TOTAL OF ****% additional charge for using a credit card. When I looked at the ticket and realized this before signing my credit card slip, and asked to pay with cash, I was told it was too late. The cashier said she didn't know how to void the transaction. This is a scam. I have been had. I sure hope they are keeping accurate records and reporting all of their cash transactions to the ****

Sorry you feel like you were scammed? But you were not. on my front door I have a sticker about Credit card charge the cash price is if you use cash, the 3.9% processing fee is if you use a credit card. I shouldn't have to raise prices to adjust for the credit card. Fee for the people that pay cash. All of my sales are reported to the *** cash and credit card sales. The 10% in which a sign is at both registers says 10% adjustment. It is for inflation. so I didn't have to change both registers. All my menus, all my ******* and websites. I'm sorry for your inconvenience, but you were not scammed. And the young lady that could not return that. We have been shorthanded due to some medical issues. And she did not know how to do that, and I'm sorry about that. She should have called one of us to help her through that. Hope this helps thank you for coming to ***************.
