*** is the absolute worse company to deal with. Besides being left stranded on the side of the road. I've called 6 times to try and reach a resolution only to be told my case manager would be in touch in ***** hours. I've never heard from her. I'm canceling my membership and encourage everyone to as well.

*** apologizes that member had issues with his service call. According to our call records, service call was placed at 7:30pm and the provider was on location at 8:18pm. There was no vehicle at location and no service was rendered. *** dispatch had issues in contacting member stating that member never answered the phone.

If I was able to give a zero rating, I would do so. I have been waiting for a tow service since 7:30am. It is now 11:19am. I have made several calls to AAA with the last representative telling me someone will arrive by 11:05am. Someone previously came around 10:20am, but drove off. The representative said that the towing company said they called me with no answer. I was standing at the door with the phone in hand. I was waiting for one of them to get out of the truck so that I could give them the car key. They never got out the truck nor called me; just drove off. Meanwhile, I'm late for the 9:00am dealership appointment, who had a loaner car waiting for me, and have missed my 11:00am doctor's ************* have been a AAA member for over 20 years and have never experienced anything like this. I have only used the service a couple of times with an immediate response time.It is now 12:08pm and have received a text message that it will be 1:27pm. They are complete idiots.

This level of service is completely and unequivocally unacceptable.I initiated contact at approximately 5:15 pm on Sunda, 8/13/23, seeking assistance after my vehicle broke down. I was reassured that a tow truck would be dispatched within ***************************************************************** call once the driver was en route. Despite making repeated calls thereafter, I was continuously informed that efforts were being made to secure a tow service. This prolonged waiting period led to a frustrating scenario where I was stranded after a grocery shopping trip, including perishable items and frozen goods. Despite my efforts, the frozen items thawed due to the extended delay, compelling me to purchase multiple coolers and ice from a nearby gas station (WaWa).By 11:00 pm on Sunday, 8/13/23, no tow truck had arrived. Frustration and fatigue led me to arrange an alternative solution to my destination. I reached out to AA @ 11:45 p.m. as a follow-up. It's worth noting that had I not pursued this follow-up, I might have remained stranded without a clear resolution. My call to AAA was not just to express my frustration but also to understand their course of action to uphold a service that I had reasonably expected. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The representative informed me that an appointment could be arranged for the following day, Monday, August 14, 2023. Consequently, I had to make further arrangements, incurring additional expenses, to return to the location of my breakdown. After enduring 18(Monday 8/14/23 @ 11 am) hours of frustrating interactions with AAA, my vehicle was finally towed to the dealership. What amplifies my frustration is that this ordeal is not unique to my situation. My mother shares the same AAA membership and recently faced a similar predicament when her vehicle broke down in *********, *******. She and my aunt experienced an eight-hour wait for a tow truck. Such experiences are undeniably intolerable.

The worst It started on Friday my daughter was having issues with her car. I told her to call AAA to tow the car home. After change ETA to tow twice and its now almost 10pm, she spoke with the guy at the gas station about leaving it till morning. Came back the next morning around 830am, they still changed ETA to pick up twice and last time was ****pm. I told her I will take u home to get my other car and u cone back to be there when they pick up at ****. When my daughter returned her car was gone and AAA didnt know where it was. After she returned home and it wasnt there. I went to gas station and called the police. After 2 hours at the gas station it was reported stolen. My daughter puts a post on ************ and someone calls her through ******** and tells her where her car was. This happened yesterday at ****, I called AAA and they still didnt know where my car was and didnt car My car is still not home Sunday 903am And I had to tell AAA how to get in touch with them

*** of Alabama. After years of being a loyal *** customer I have ended my membership. Someone stole the lug nuts off my car, leaving the locking lug nuts. I reached out to *** figuring they could help me since I was stranded at the roadside. No such luck. Eventually the *** rep and I decided to have my car towed to my home about two miles away. Then the rep informed me that the tow might not get to me because of reasons like the weather and/or my location. The weather was sunny, clear and 70 degrees. The location was a ******* Neighborhood Market in a safe part of town. I asked to speak to supervisor, feeling like a jerk. The woman I eventually spoke to was brusk and very unhelpful. As of posting this review *** has not tried to reach out to me.

Aug 3, 2022. AAA HERE IN ALABAMA IS THE WORST. I waited 5hrs for someone to get to me it’s hot outside and I have my kids. Don’t wasted your money just pay what it cost to tow it yourself.
