    This contractor is far from being a business person and reliable contractor. He is more concerned with the money instead of producing quality work. The contractor was given a specific job in January, 2024 to remodel a house by April 1, 2024. The house is a small house no more than 1500 square feet. The contractor claimed he could be finished by the deadline. For 3 months, *********, he would show up for 2 days a week working a minimum of 2 to 3 hours on the days he was there. When 12:00 came he would leave for lunch and did not come back. By the time my husband and I kept complaining and reminding him of the deadline date, around March 27th he started doing more work, at least 8 hours ******* through the job, but did not finish the work by April 1. He claimed to know how to re-finish hardwood floors, but did not. All was done to floors was he placed coating on the floors and buffed the floors. There were still light and dark spots on the floors. He really expected us to accept this work. He claimed he would come back to fix the floors, but didn't. When we complained again about the floors, he quit! After speaking to him and explained he was paid to finish the job, he came back to finish the work and at the end of the day he said he would come back but asked for more money.
