I have had several appliance repairs for my French Door Whirlpool refrigerator. **** is the only tech that made a complete repair to the defrost problem! The other repair Company only defrosted the vents behind the drawer, they didn't get to the root of the problem!! **** is courteous, knowledgeable and tenacious! You have a very special customer ********************** tech that values a strong work ethic and gets it right the first time. Thank you ****!!
