    I ordered a gun on their website on Jan 31st of this year. a couple of weeks passed and they still had not shipped the gun... I started to get frustrated and asked how long it would take to get a refund.. they replied 15-30days I said *** just send me the gun asAp plz... I received an email back saying my order had been cancelled bc I asked about the refund.. that it was cancelled on Feb 24th its now may 9th and still have yet to receive a refund. I have wrote emails no response, and now when u call their number you can't get anyone says they are experiencing unexpected challenges.. I just want my money back

    Feb ****** I purchased a ******* **** 20 gauge shotgun and waited 10 days and no confirmation so I reached out to them and the said they would refund my money back and never have. I have emailed, called many times and always says same thing. That their accountant must not be doing her job and they would talk to her and get it back asap. Now they have a recording and never reply to any of my voicemails or emails

    I placed an order for a Taurus Model 856KQ Double Action Revolver .38 special in rose gold Item #********** from Wholesale Hunter via ***************** on 03/01/25. The order number for the transaction at ***************** is #********. I used my **** debit card that is linked to my bank account for the total sale of $417.16. Wholesale Hunter reached out to me to inform me that the item was out of stock and asked if I wanted to get a refund or go on a wait list. I requested the refund. My order number for the transaction on Wholesale Hunters end is #******. According to my email and their records, the refund process was initiated on 3/3/25. As of today, April 10th, I have not received the refund. I have written multiple emails, called and spoken with customer service, wrote the operations manager, etc. I have gotten We will look into it from customer service and absolutely nothing from the operations manager. It has been well over the ***** days that I was told it could take for a refund to be issued.

    Ordered product from wholesale hunter.com via a 3rd party website called Gunbroker.com. After 2 weeks of no contact I called wholesalehunter to inquire about shipping status. I was advised they had no shipping address. The shipping address was on page 2 of invoice. They obviously didn’t have problem with payment and took it. After some hemhawing, I asked for refund and he said they would issue refund. Never happened.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I am sorry I didn’t google the reputation of this company.  Based on TrustPilot website they rate very poorly in customer satisfaction or not crediting customer on non shipment of merchandise after payment.

    Refund was obtained by my credit card reversing charges.  No assistance was ever provided by Wholesalehunter.   I would like to thank the BBB for their assistance.

    I paid them on January 11th, 2025. They were unable to fill my order. They notified me 2/25/25 that order would be cancelled and a refund started. I have yet to receive my refund.

    On approximately 1/19/25, I ordered a gun from Wholesalehunter.com that was advertised on Gun Broker. On 1/22/25 my credit card was charged for the gun by Wholesalehunter.com. A few days later I was informed by Wholesalehunter.com staff that the gun was not available and was on back order. On 1/31/25, after being informed by Wholesalehunter.com staff they did not have an estimated date the gun would be in stock, I cancelled the order. I was told it could take ***** business days to process the refund. I have spoken with multiple Wholesalehunter.com staff and sent several emails to their management staff requesting a refund with no response. As of 3/31/25, I have not received a refund.

    I reject Wholesalehunter.coms response. I just got off the phone with my credit card company whom I disputed the Wholesalehunter.com  $971.40 charge with. My credit card company initially issued a temporary refund to my account while the charge was being disputed . My credit card company has indicated they have not yet received any refund / credit from Wholesalehunter.com.

    I ordered a rifle from this company on July 8th 2024. My *** dealer notified me a short time later that the rifle was available for transfer of ownership to me. Upon inspection, I noted damage to the rifle and requested my dealer to send it back to the vender. The vender received it back on July 30th. I have called Wholesale Hunter several times asking for the refund. They keep telling me their still working on it. The time to process keeps getting longer every time I call. Last week, it was 7 to 10 working days. Today, It is 30 days. I believe all I will ever see from this vender is excuses

    I ordered two items that this business said they had in stock. I also paid for next-day shipping, expecting to have these items prior to the weekend. Their **************** called saying it would take another week, possibly longer due to "Their wear house guys". I think that they do not have the items in stock, that this is a bate & switch. I paid full price plus expedited shipping. I got ripped off.

    the customer placed an order on 2/15/2023 for high value items with shipping speed next day air. the order triggered a verification as it was a high value items with a shipping speed of next day air. we reached out to the customer to verify the order before we release it for shipping. we heard back from the customer on 2/16/2023. the customer was aggravated that it had not shipped yet, which we explained that any high value orders get verified before sending to the warehouse for shipping. He stated he wanted the item shipped asap as he paid for next day air shipping. we explained to the customer that next day air shipping speed means that it will ship with the speed of next day air once the order was processed, but that next day air shipping speed did not jump his order to the front of the line. the customer either did not like that response or could not comprehend it, so he retaliated by making this false BBB report. the items are in stock, and the customer's order was processing for shipment. we have since cancelled the customer's order and voided out the credit card charge, as customer we could not meet the customers' demands.
