      In may a tree fell on my house, I needed a new roof. I chose homesouth. The price between this company and another was negligible. But my representative said he would give me 2 gift cards. One for 250 for leaving sign up for 2 weeks. And a 500 one for 5 star reviews on ****** and fb. I made my decision to use homesouth with this $750 in consideration . The work was completed well and in a timely manner. Within 4 weeks I received the 250 gift card. I thanked *********************** and asked about the ******************************* Left hurriedly. I later left a voicemail and then went by his office and left a note. I emailed him. He never got back to me. After about 6 weeks I finally got him on the phone. Now after weeks of ignoring my inquiry, *********************** said he never told me about 2 cards. I just made it up.??? When someone offers you $500 you hear them and do as they have asked if you can. I gave the reviews as asked. I have also called the owner and he said he would rectify the situation. That hasn't happened either. I understand misstating something, or not being able to fulfill a promise. I think 5 weeks ago I would have accepted an apology and felt this was a misunderstanding. But it hasn't been. I was misled by this company's rep and the owner has not made it right. I am really shocked by the way I have been treated. Again the work was fine but integrity and honesty are minimized so often in our world and it's sad.

HomeSouth Roofing was highly recommended by friends based on their roofing experience jobs. ******* and his Team were very professional. ******* personally guided me through every aspect of the roofing process from selection of colors for the roof to date/time for completion of the job. Without hesitation or reservation, I highly recommend HomeSouth and ***************************** for your next roofing project.

      Professional, timely, easy to work with, worked directly with insurance adjuster making it easier for me, priced correctly.Kudos to a company that answers the telephone and follows up! I reached out to multiple roofing companies that were recommended by my insurance agent, and Homesouth was able to give me a free estimate and replace the entire roof before another company could even come out to give me an estimate. They worked with my timeline, great communication, provided photos of the work, even drone images. High recommend, my property is located in ******, **.
