  Sadly, I fell for Wayne's fast talking promises. He told me several times that he would ship both of our Broncos easily, without any stress to me, and for no more than about $2700. He had to ask about our dates almost every time we spoke or texted, we had to contact him for any updates, and our total ended up being about $4000. Wayne knew we were moving across country but he chose to not stay in contact with us; we called and texted him, oftentimes without any response. He promised drivers who never contacted us and would then act like he had no idea that would happen. Our $1000 deposit ended up not being a deposit - money you put down at the beginning of a transaction but then is applied to your total. When we asked if our $1000 went towards the new and greatly beyond the highest rate we were given, Wayne stated that we still had to pay the remaining total (about $3000 to the driver) because the $1000 we paid went to everything that he "did". There is a huge difference between $2700 and $4000! Our Broncos did make it to MD but I did all of the work making Wayne do his job and get our cars on a truck, communicating with the driver, figuring out what still had to be paid at delivery, and when the vehicles would be picked up. I would not refer Wayne or his business to anyone. Being active duty military ourselves, Wayne told me that his passion is to help military families and make the process as smooth as possible. That did not happen at all.

  Responsive and helpful during the entire process. In general, vehicle transport scheduling is very approximate and many brokers tend to be impersonal and can have "set it and forget it" attitude. Webster hauling was recommended to me by a friend, and they exceeded expectations by answering questions and doing everything they could to accommodate my schedule.

  Great company, Wayne helped us move our two cars and a boat from Cocoa Beach Florida to Port Orchard, WA . Made everything happen on our timetable. Highly recommended!

  I recently had my car transported from Florida to Utah with Webster Hauling, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Dealing with Wayne was an absolute pleasure. He responded promptly to all my inquiries and provided a clear and transparent worst-case proposal upfront. True to his word, the final cost was lower than expected once the trucking company’s charges were finalized, saving me a good amount.
  Initially, I was nervous about finding a reputable and honest hauling company, knowing the potential risks involved when entrusting someone with your vehicle and the agreed pricing. However, Webster Hauling exceeded my expectations. They were reliable, professional, and delivered exactly as promised—no surprises, no stress.
  I would not hesitate to do business with them again and highly recommend their services to anyone needing vehicle transport. 5 stars from me!

  Fabulous service! Professional and so simple, Wayne handled everything for us. The driver that moved our 1964 GTO was fantastic! We highly recommend Webster Hauling!
