      I want to share my experience with Arkansas Home Center in Beebe, and it’s far from a pleasant one. This isn’t just a complaint; it’s a wake-up call for anyone considering doing business with this company.
      After relocating here and investing our life savings from selling everything in Houston, my family expected a basic standard of service. We paid cash for our home and for the installation of the runners, and we expected the same level of professionalism that was shown by the sales team. Sadly, that’s not what we received.
      The contractors sent to work on our homesite were shockingly incompetent. There was no formal site inspection, and the dirt work was clearly insufficient before the runners and home were installed. Now, we’re dealing with significant foundational issues, including piers and pillars that started collapsing just after the home was delivered. When I inquired about these issues, I was told it wasn't their problem or responsibility to resolve. Unbelievable!
      The runners themselves are too short, and the lack of proper support is going to cost us even more out of pocket for necessary repairs. To make matters worse, we discovered illegal electrical wiring that we now have to fix with a competent contractor at our expense. It’s infuriating.
      On top of all this, we were left with two massive piles of trash from their so-called "trim out guy". We had to take it upon ourselves to clean up his mess— taking time and effort to literally collect, bag, and burn trash.
      mental mistake considering how poorly they executed their original work.
      We will be submitting a formal complaint to the Arkansas Manufactured Home Commission and attaching this message as evidence of the blatant incompetence we’ve experienced in addition to take steps to have legal representation to help us resolve this soon.
      Do yourself a favor: look elsewhere for your home needs.
