    I agree with the other reviews , they have zero interest in coustmer satisfaction,& 100 per interest in coning customers out of every penny they can.would never do business with them again.

    If I could give zero stars I would! This is an example of a dealership that is out to entice customers with completely dishonest pricing, advertising prices on auto trader, their own website, direct email, etc. that show steep discounts, but then when you ask them for the final price it is basically msrp, as they charge you the amount of the discount in obscenely over priced “dealer installed equipment”, like wheel locks and floor mats for $2500. Typical bait and switch pricing approach. Not to mention that their sales people are either highly incompetent or just blatantly dishonest, and when called out on their dealerships dishonest approach they try feebly to debate you. Please avoid this shady dealership.

    My husband and I purchased a 2023 Maxima SR from this dealership on October 27, 2023. We dealt with DeWayne C**, one of the salesmen on staff. When I got home with the car and realized that it was misrepresented to me what all was on the vehicle, I immediately called Mr C**. My husband and I were lead to believe that this vehicle was loaded except for ventilated seats becauseI had told DeWayne that’s what I wanted and he said he could hook me up. looked at the car & was pretty so bought it. Didn’t check the car - trusted what DeWayne told me & car was $50,000+ so made me think it was loaded at that price I had seen same vehicle on website for $35K. Imagine my surprise when I got home & the car was plainjane. I called DeWayne on Monday, told him how dissatisfied I was & I was bring the car back. He assured me that they would make it right, he would have to get me a Platinum for those things on it but he told me he would find one & get right back to me-never happened, so I contacted Mr. W********, Sales Manager & was assured he would find me a Platinum & would make it so I was happy with my purchase. Never heard from him. Called & talked to Kat, & she assured me that they were searching for a Platinum and as soon as they found one, she would call me. Still haven’t heard from them except for Mr W******** texting me yesterday for me to stop harassing them & that he considered the sale final and the subject closed and to never contact them again!!! Obviously this dealership never intended to do anything other than laugh at me all the way to the bank since I was overcharged by $15,000. STAY AWAY FROM MCLARTY NISSAN OF BENTON if you don’t want to be lied to and cheated out of thousands of dollars on your vehicle purchase. If you doubt my word, I checked with another Nissan dealership, gave them the VIN # on my car and he told me that my car was sticker priced from the factory for $35,000 & he hated they did that to me.
    Very angry and disappointed customer
