      I am the Association President for a neighborhood in Little Rock. My wife and I live on a corner lot with a privacy fence covering both sides and a quite large back yard. There are 2 gates. Our home was built in 2007. Over the years, I have had various parts of the fence repaired or replaced. I have also spent quite a bit of time replacing pickets. It was time to replace the fence. I researched fence companies and received several quotes.
      I settled on McDonald Fence not only because of their pricing, but because of Chris *****, the Project Manager. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. I felt good when he left my house, after taking measurements and pictures, etc. I am a retired Psychologist.
      The teams they sent out were thorough and provided a quality product. I watched them every step of the way. They set a great fence and returned 60 days later to stain it beautifully. As a matter of fact, the Association then contracted with them to replace two of the panels at the entrance to our neighborhood.
      They also provide excellent customer service. Nothing is usually "perfect" the first time. There were a few things that we noticed that one could not anticipate. Regardless of what it was, I called Chris, and he dispatched a team to come back and augment, secure, replace whatever was not working as well as we had originally anticipated. They did it professionally and quickly.
      Even my wife, who retired as a Customer Service Supervisor, is impressed with their customer service. I also must mention Jeannie, with whom I have spoken on the phone. She too provides excellent Service.
      Bottom line is that I recommend McDonald Fence to any person of organization looking for a great company with good pricing, quality products and excellent customer service.
