    Worst company ever. They never pick up trash and when you call to let them know they say you are lying when in reality it's the worker's. My trash service is suppose to be Wednesdays, my son's put our can out every Tuesday they pick up when ever they want to never when they are supposed to. The employees yell at you and swear at you over the phone even go as far as to block your calls and they also cancel your service because of their mistakes. Very unprofessional I will let anyone and everyone know to stay clear of this company.

    Trash pick-up is set for Wednesday in my neighborhood. Everyone that uses Saline Disposal was picked up except mine. My bill is up to date and my can was on the curb. I have it on video your truck stopping in front of my house at 9:05am 11/29/23. Your employee got off the truck proceeded to dump my neighbors can across the street and not touch mine. It's still there this morning. I call you phone number, no answer. I have been calling since afternoon 11/29/23. Left at least 5 messages. Reliability seems to be a problem for your company.

    We are sorry this happened. We did return her call 9:46 and no answer, we then called again and she called back at the same time. She did say that she does not have a voice mail. We asked her to please send the video so we could show the driver and address what happened. We are sending someone for the garbage. Once again we apologize for the driver missing and that we could not send someone immediately.

    We have enjoyed this company. Their service price is extremely reasonable and communication is on point. Our bins are well cared for and trash is never left behind. There are some weeks that the pick up date needs to be pushed due to illnesses or staffing, but it’s always taken care of. Once we had forgotten to pull our bins to the street and they personal grabbed the bins and dumped them. I’ll always support local small businesses and give them the grace they deserve.
