    i ordered and paid for a headband and never received it. was promised by a **** ******* at the company that if it didn't arrive three days ago he would fedex another one so i would have it overnight. i told him thank you and which one to fedex to me so i wouldn't have two of the same in case the one finally showed up. this company has now ghosted me has taken my money, not fedex'd anything and i do not have my order. no one is responding to my emails and i know they are receiving them.

    Hi there! We have received this complaint, and looked into it! We do not believe we have done anything wrong or fraudulent. *** ****** placed an order with our company on 1/14, and at checkout and order confirmation was given a promised ship out date of 1/21. Not only did we ship this order by that date, we were able to ship it out 4 days early on 1/17. She opted for USPS Ground, which is a minimum of 5-7 days for shipping. I informed *** ****** of this on 1/23, after she sent a message after hours on 1/22 asking about where her order was. We did place a new order for her as a precaution, but I see that, as of now, the original order is out for delivery today 1/27, according to the tracking information that *** ****** also received at checkout. She will have this product today, and will receive a second order as well now. She was responded to about the situation, which was always in accordance to what was promised by our site, and the situation was in fact taken care of.
