    It took a year and a half to finally get this company to answer their phones.
    I sent numerous emails, phone calls and social media messages which they were reading and ignoring. It wasn’t until I pointed out that I can see they are reading my messages and ignoring a customer.
    They quoted me $273 to do work on my car to install a push bar that required removing my bumper. I then brought the car in and realized I had a different push bar that was easier for them to install that didn’t require them to remove my bumper.
    I messaged the company back after they did the work and told them I want them to install the other push bar on another car of mine and they quoted me over double the price and said that it will cost double because they have to remove the bumper…. No that’s not correct this whole time over the last year and a half. They knew that they would be installing to push bar that required removing the bumper it wasn’t until today when I brought the car and then I realize I had an easier one for them to install.
    They’re trying to use the excuse that we have to remove the bumper so it cost more when that doesn’t make sense because this whole time they quoted me for the version that does in fact require removing the bumper so you can’t use that as an excuse because you were supposed to remove my bumper, but I made it easier on you and brought in the easier one to install.
    I should have brought in the push bar that requires them to remove my bumper since that was what they originally quoted me on at $273 to remove my bumper and install it. It doesn’t make any sense for them to backpedal and see if it’s gonna cost $500 because they have to remove my bumper as this entire year and a half the discussion was for them to remove my bumper, but I made it easier on them and brought in a different one so you cannot use the excuse that they cost more to remove the bumper when that was part of the original quote.
