    My experience was terrible. Agreement number xxxxx. I rented a vehicle and returned it. 2 weeks later I received a letter from them to return the vehicle or face prosecution. I called them 3 times and spoke to 3 different people telling them it was returned. They said they would take care of it. They didn't. 4 weeks later I received a call and visit from my local police department, Budget was trying to complete a stolen vehicle report. It was deemed nothing was stolen case closed. I am struggling to get answers for charges that don't add up. I never got any answers for the charges. The charges seem to go up daily. There is no itemized listing for the charges on their website, just one number. I requested a receipt twice never to receive one. I cancelled my debit card because they think they can charge whatever they want when they want to. They are a terrible company. I don't know why they keep doing what they do to people. How do they get away with this?
