I bought a brand-new Mercedes from this dealership back in July of 2022. Days after buying the vehicle a charging port in the backseat broke. I notified them that it was broken and it tooke weeks for anyone to help me with it. I had to get the operations manager involved before anyone would assist me. I received and email frrom the manager on 8/13 telling me that they had ordered the part and it would be in the week of 8/22. A month went by and I never heard from them. At this point, I call and talk to a **** *****, he tells me that the part is in fact in and he will have a service advisor call me to set up and appointment. A man named ******* calls me and we set up an appointment for 10/18 because that is when he said he had a loaner for me. This is three month after the part breaks. I take my car to have the port installed and they text me and tell me that they do not have the part and that it will take another week. What happened to the original part? I still do not have resolution.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

They called me and asked me what else needed to be done to resolve the issue. It was not only an issue with the part but also the way that I was treated by staff. I asked for an apology and for this to be escalated. They agreed and said that they would make sure it was addressed. This has not happened yet.

    Sincerely,
