    I will never buy a car from here or ever recommend buying a car from here.. sales staff and the front desk ladies were awesome.. however the finance department and the General Manger are the reason for this 1 star review.. when I first bought my car from them I had nothing but paperwork issues. They had to give me a second temp tag just because i could not get all the paperwork from them that was required to register my car.. crap happens, whatever. Fast forward a year later I go to renew my tags for my plates and I am being told I am unable to do so due to incomplete registration..so I called the bank to get the paperwork that was requested, the bank tells me they still have never received the title to the car from the dealership. So I call the dealership, this is where I start to get irritated. I ask to speak with someone in finance. I was told I would get a call back.. I never do.. I called back 3 days later, I'm told the same thing. No one ever calls me back. So after 2 weeks of no one calling I ask to speak to the general manager, I'm told he will call me back later that day. I never get a call.i called back the next day, he is at lunch and I'm told I will get a call back... that never happens.. I called back 2 days later and I'm told by one of the ladies at the front desk that he said everything was sent to the bank..he doesn't even have the courtesy to call himself after all the issue trying to get some sort of answer after 3 weeks of calling. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION, AND OVERALL WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE..to make it even worse I do not live in Arkansas so a simple commute is not possible otherwise I would have been there in person

    This dealership service department is the worst I have gone to. My vehicle is still under warranty. They accused me of my vehicle being in an accident. I purchased it new with 5 miles on it. They do not listen when you speak with them, you have to remind them of things you have told them about your car. Will never return to this dealership let alone by another car from them.
