    We bought a rainbow vacuum cleaner. The salesman only had a used attachment with him. He said he would get it for me plus the fragrance bottles he had were used. 1 was 1/2 empty and the other one was close to have empty. He also said he would get me fragrances. I have called them and was told that she lived close to me, said she could bring them herself. I still don't have my items. When I called again trying to get my money back because I don't feel like they will stand by the warranty if something goes wrong with the vacuum cleaner. They said I can't get my money back. I paid over 3600 dollars for the vacuum. It's been over a month since I bought this vacuum. I was told he tried to call but my home and cell phone numbers show missed calls, there were never missed calls from him.
