      I bought a Washer and Dryer set from Rent One in Blytheville Arkansas in July of 2022. I made 48 payments of $75.31 which is over $3600. I made the last payment in April of 2024. I told Albert, an employee of the store when I made my last payment that the washing machine was making noise. He sent someone to my house to look at it. I was promised a new machine and never received it. So I called ****** at Rent One and now he tells me that I need to pay another $50 for an extended warranty before he can attempt to process my claim for another washing machine. This is not fair.       Upon receiving the complaint, the Regional Manager for the respective location promptly reached out to *** *****, extending apologies for the misunderstanding regarding our extended service program. Subsequently, arrangements were made for the replacement of his washing machine to be delivered to his residence. As a longstanding patron of our Blytheville store, we look forward to the opportunity to continue serving *** ***** in the future.
