    Order place April 19 and 20 and still show as unfulfilled. Since they do not intend to provide the product I want an immediate refund. They have ignored all 4 emails and phone calls

    I placed an order on March 13th and still have not received the order. Order number *****. I have tried multiple times contacting the business both by email and phone. I have left several message on the answering machine but now the mailbox is full. My credit card payment for the items I ordered was already due and paid. So I have paid for the items and still have not received them or any information from Roses and Teacups as to why I have not received the items or been refunded.

    I placed an order on December 3rd 2024, I never received a tracking email, I cannot get a hold of anyone by phone or email. Website states I'll get the items by Christmas but now it's really late, I need the items for my mom.

    This order contained an item that would not arrive in time for Christmas. We suggested substitution but the customer had this pattern in mind for the gift. We refunded this item and shipped the other item on the order to the customer. The customer received this item but was not happy with the pattern in which we promptly refunded this item as well and told the customer to keep the item received as an apology. Order has been totally refunded with an item sent as apology:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    However, their story is not true as per the email they sent to me. They did not respond to any of my emails or calls until after I filed a complaint. Completely unsatisfied with this company.

    I ordered a teacup and teapot bracelet on February 8, 2024. I have not received it yet. I have tried calling, emailing, customer support (which was an email I had to send) and Facebook messenger.
    No reply as of yet. I’m wondering if I was scammed.

    Customer did inform us she had not received her item. We researched the shipping but was not successful in finding the package. We have been in communication with the customer who had requested a full refund. We did issued the refund on the day requested.

    It's been over a month. I ordered a couple teacups and saucers. I still have yet to receive my order. I have left several voicemails, (as they do not answer their phones), and sent emails asking for status. I have received NO response from anyone in over a month. A simple response would suffice. I am asking a full refund of the purchase price + shipping.

    I ordered Snowman sugar cubes from this company on November 24th and have yet to receive them. I have tried to email several times and yet no one responds. There is no response to phone calls either. I would like to receive the sugar cubes or have my money refunded. I went through Klarna pay to pay for these. The last payment is tomorrow. This is no way to run a legit business!

    We did call this customer to inform her that there would be a delay leaving a message. We have went through the call logs and do not see a return message from her by either phone or email. They crafter has indeed completed decorating and our shipment is due in today or tomorrow. We have created a shipping label to attach to her package once they are here: ******************  We apologize for the long wait as this was beyond our control and do plan to place a free goodie in the box for her wait.
