  We have been using Middleton Heating and Air for years. Recently my daughter had to have her entire home system replaced. This included all duct work, modifications and new equipment. This work was done when the outside temperatures were at 100 degrees and heat index extremely high.
  The work that was done was exceptional. The crews that showed up were professional, efficient and made sure that her system was installed correctly the first time.
  I cannot say enough about this company. I would highly recommend Middleton Heat and Air.

  I have had Middleton install 5 air handlers at my property and had to call them back each time because they wired it up wrong, For the first 2 they installed I even showed the installers what they did wrong and it upset them. I reached out to Eric **** for help because he is the one I set this up with, They do not return calls, and after they installed the last one I had to go back and re-wire it because they did it wrong again. I have called a dozen times and left a message after message and no return call as of today. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH MIDDLETON! they talk a good game but when it comes down to having them fix what they mess up they do not call you back ever! stay clear of Middleton heat and air! I wish there was a lower rating to give them a 1 star is way too much. they deserve a ZERO STAR RATING!!

  I have been a long time customer of Middleton but no more! They responded. to a svc call, told me my compressor was dead and was no longer under warranty. They then shut down my AC and said I'd receive a call the next day with info on pricing for either a new compressor or a complete new unit. Not trusting the info received, I called the manufacturer of the system and was told it was still under warranty -- it admittedly only had another 6 days before expiration but would have been covered without charge of replacement - labor would have still understandably applied. That was Monday and it's now Friday --- NO CONTACT from Middleton what so ever and I am still sitting with a flatlined unit and no central air. I'm DONE! I've reached out t a competitor and will be giving them all future business. My perspective is - Do what you say you will do and behave ethically. As a senior citizen, female and retired veteran I could have had a field day with this on social media but instead am using BBB to reach a broader audience. Feeling a bit betrayed after over a decade of loyalty to this company.

  Avoid Middleton Heat & Air as they are an extremely predatory company. After having positive experiences with their service, I signed up for an annual maintenance contract. On the very first inspection they claimed that the carbon monoxide level was so high that they had to shut the gas off to the heater and would not turn it back on until the system was repaired or replaced. Note that I had a carbon monoxide detector which has never alarmed and had fresh batteries. Two other local HVAC companies looked at the system and both said that the system, while older, was in excellent condition and found no justification for the gas to the system to be shut off.
  Additionally, I requested an estimate for a new HVAC system. Middleton provided me with a quote for $20k which covered the lowest quality Trane brand system they offered, while another local company provided a quote for three different systems--all of higher quality than the one from Middleton--which were all significantly less than the $20k quote from Middleton.

  We were very pleased with the service, communication, and updates on the parts our unit needed. Damon Straub went above and beyond!!! He took pics to show us what the problem was and explained everything so we could understand. He was prompt, polite, and courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Damon and Middleton. Highly recommend.
