  Excel R&R restored a townhome complex of 44 units in North Little Rock after a tornado caused significant damage in Spring of 2023. The work included a wide range of scope involving roofing, guttering, siding and re-building portions of townhomes that were unsafe due to structural damage. I was asked by the POA Board to represent all owners and Board to finish the project with owners and Excel R&R.
  Communication with individual owners was excellent in navigating through the insurance claim of over $1M. Zach provided updates and informed owners of the pertinent issues and next steps. His knowledge of insurance claims was invaluable in navigating the complex task of justifying claims, managing accounting for different execution agents (e.g. owner and POA self-performed) and managing the finances for 1,759 claim line items.
  Excel solved many different types of problems involving water intrusion, even if it required several iterations required to identify the source of the problem.
  Excel had some challenges that need improvement on future projects:
  - Quality Control. Ensuring quality was an issue due to subcontractors and lack of oversight. Excel corrected these mistakes to owner satisfaction; even if it took multiple iterations.
  - Scheduling. Although this project was very large compared to a single family home, and availability of materials and labor was scarce, providing a conceptual schedule would have been helpful for added community-wide communication for ability to understand an idea when work might be done on each unit. Communication of changes could be done periodically to enhance the communication.
  My experience as a retired project manager on construction projects is that completion is the most difficult part because of loose-ends and finances. Zach overcame all the above challenges and made project completion process easier with a will-do attitude.

  Just got a new fiberglass shingle roof from Excel this morning. Big crew got here around 7 am, removed old shingles, put on new , and we’re gone shortly after 11 am. A great job and looks good. Clean up is like they were never here plus double check for stray nails. They also replace turbo vent and exhaust vent. Very Happy with everything.

  I had my roof replaced. I was very pleased with the results. I am 73 and Trevor walked me through everything needed to know. He did not talk down to me and eased my mind through the whole process.
  My neighbors have been stopping by to tell me how nice it looks
